Bryan Trussell has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Trussell is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California with more than ten years of work experience. His Master’s thesis involved testing and analyzing the impacts of preexisting solids on the precipitation kinetics of calcium carbonate. His past work includes the calibration of the MIKE URBAN hydrodynamic model for the City of Los Angeles’ wastewater collection system and assisting with the negotiation of the Hyperion and Terminal Island Treatment Plants NPDES permits. His recent work includes testing Advanced Oxidation Processes and assessing treatment technologies for satellite treatment plant feasibility studies.
He is currently vice president for the Los Angeles Basin Section of the California Water Environment Association.
